"I am not from Nebraska, and honestly don't care about the Runza thing. The burgers are incredible and well surpass many sit down restaurant joints. I may likely never eat another Runza, but I will be back for the burgers. In addition, the fries are considerably better than most other burger joints. I have yet to hae been in a Runza that wasn't clean and well maintained."
"Drive thru for delicious twist cones. Nice friendly employees but it really bothers me to see their bare hands touching the part of the cone my mouth comes into contact with and to have to ask for napkins when ordering a cone. How about we wrap a napkin around the cone so as not to touch it and hand it out to the customer like that?"
"I was here today picking up a doordash order. The young man at the counter was a rock star. It was their lunch rush and he was taking orders at the counter as well as refilling everything as the customers kept coming up saying the lobby was out of certain things. His customer service was amazing to see. He didn't skip one beat or get flustered. More places need employees like him. All the staff worked together to get through that rush!!!! He was pulled every which was possible and handled it like a PRO!"
