"The young gentleman with long hair and gauged ears was VERY disrespectful! I ordered a subway club, requested no turkey, dbl ham. He decided to change it into a ham sandwich, then charged me for roast beef. When I pointed it out, another employee said they could substitute meat (ham for turkey). I would understand an up charge if I added roast beef. Then when I pointed out the obvious error, he was very rude. Told me he should have charged me for the dbl cheese, since the person making it wasn’t the one that rung it up. I told him for as young as he is, he will have a difficult life. He sarcastically stated, “I can write down my bosses number for you”. “No thanks, I’ll just give you a one star review on Google”, I replied."

"New to the area and have been eating at Subway sandwich shops across the country for 40 years. Received extraordinarily rude service and condescending manner here by both sandwich preparer (female) and cashier (make). Requested that mayonnaise be put down first against the bread before adding the turkey and cheese and the person threw her hands up in the air and said she “didn’t know how to handle all of these fancy requests.” She then proceeded to ask me one ingredient at a time how exactly to add it (although I never made any other specific requests). The cashier then said I would have to pay extra for napkins if I wanted any. I pointed out that I already paid for the sandwich and chips and he said that did not cover napkins as well. I have not eaten at a Subway shop since and I never will again."
