"Order a roast beef. It's suppose to come with provolone cheese but none was on it. The bread was hard and crusty and very little lettuce and tomatoes in it too. Also, the prices have gone up. It's not what it used to be. I will have to stick with Jersey Mike's."
"Terrible customer service. All three of my kids sandwiches were not made how I asked. When I went up to ask for the correct sandwiches I was made to feel as if it was my fault. The person addressing me was incredibly rude telling me they wanted the sandwiches back in order to make me new sandwiches for my kids. We didn’t have time to wait any longer and we just threw the sandwiches away and a refund wasn’t even offered. So happy the Jimmy John’s where I live actually treat their customers with respect."
"I travel to Lincoln at least twice a week for business and have been coming to the Jimmy John’s for a while. I can say this location or franchise definitely needs improvement and ALL NEW staff! I’ve gone to Jimmy John’s in the past and never treated so rudely! The teenagers working here don’t care about anything related to this brand. Tonight, I paid cash and literally had my change thrown at me. I asked for my order to go and asked for a bag and they are so lazy, they pointed to the bags behind the counter and told me to grab it myself. Corporate definitely needs to step in and deal with this fiasco!"
"Ordered wheat bread, expecting the normal size sandwich, actually ordered 2 because I was hungry. Got my order and had my sandwich on square sliced bread like what you’d buy from Walmart. Paid $11 each for that. Have to call jimmy johns to ask what’s going on. The guy says they were out of normal wheat bread so this is what I get. I try to explain to him it’s nowhere close to the same size, and that I’m basically paying $11 for a simple soggy sandwich I could make at home. He tells me that’s all he views jimmy johns as anyway. I hung up before he heard the things coming out of my mouth. I wish I could give negative stars. You’ll never have my business again, but for the next guys sake, let someone know that you’re out of something. Ridiculous"
