"Most of the staff here are friendly other than one barista who is very unfriendly and doesn't smile. But I get my drinks there frequently and one barista is super friendly and nice which is great and part of the reason I go here! I do recommend this location as I've always had good drinks here, never watered down."
"Not the best to visit. Have a ton of folks working but just standing around. Yesterday I showed up right at 4pm in the drive through and apparently they close at 4. That’s fine someone should say something, like sorry we are closed. Waited 5 mins and more folks lined up behind me. Nothing was said. Drive around and the associates have a headset on. So they heard me at the speaker. They were cleaning inside. Not good customer service. Please do better as I spend about $100 a week at Starbucks. Not only for myself but my associates."
"cks could use a new manager tho. I stopped in here for a coffee refill of the Pikes place Coffee and the Manager didn't give me the discount and was beyond rude about it. I've been to 100 of Starbucks including the first Starbucks in Seattle and I've always got a coffee refill of the Pike Coffee for 50¢ I don't care about the price it was just how the manager acted definitely unprofessional. But all in all I'm happy Lincoln got a new Starbucks ☕️ ☕️☕️☕️"
