"I don't feel like they did their whatever point inspection they say do. For synthetic oil change, it was over $100 and they asked if 35 PSI was okay with the tires but then never put any air in it. Another example is: on the completion sheet that they give you, they marked that they checked the battery and it was good. however the battery was dead when we went to pull off. The staff was really friendly.. But I guess does that really matter if they lied about half of what they say they did?"
"Didn't get the guard screwed back on so had to drive an hour round trip back the next day as it was dragging on the ground. No apology or compensation offered, but they did correct the issue quickly and politely so i will give 3 stars."
