"the workers there are nice but the guy that does the drive thru orders is so rude idk how he isn’t fired yet to be honest. like if u hate your job so much you have to be rude to other customers then just quit."
"Had a small online order and the lady working the window offered us a drink while we wait which was really nice of her. And a different worker gave us our food and made our sides a large because of our wait. We didn’t wait longer than 3 minutes. Service was incredible and they went above and beyond every interaction at my visit"
"Filthy and disgusting.. look elsewhere if you're serious about getting clean food. The place smelled of foul odor and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for.. who knows how long. The staff was indifferent to customers.. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Never going back."
"I never go negative, but never again. I asked for a deluxe burger with no mayo, and I just got meat and bread. My husband ordered a medium blizzard, and they put it in a small cup and triple cupped it with medium cups. Photos included… We literally got screwed, and paid nearly 6 bucks for melted ice cream in a smaller container. The cashier’s name is on the receipt, and I hope you know that I’m not only called your manager, but I also reported you to corporate. The worst service ever. Do not waste your time or money!"
"My wife and I took our 3 grandkids to this location yesterday 8/15/23 to get some treat's around 3:00 PM. When we walked in to the restaurant to dine in, right away we could smell a strange foul odor and several tables were dirty and only three other tables were occupied. The staff was not the friendliest but it did not affect their service and they did handle our order and the eieght customer's after us promptly. The Treats were great, but this location does not seem to have the DQ Swirl down as this is our third time here since April and each time the swirl was MIA, which DQ is known for. (Staff training)"
