"My son had the pepperoni pizza and my husband and i had buffet. Buffet had a good/fresh salad bar and 3 pizzas to choose from. It was priced very reasonable."

"What a disappointment. The customer service here is absolutely abysmal under the new ownership. My wife and I rented The Hot Spot next door to Raymono’s for our son's birthday party and wanted to order pizza from Raymono's like we have done previously. We were told when we reserved the room to call 24 to 48 hours to place the pizza order and we called about 24 hours prior, so we knew we were cutting it close. Totally our fault. We were told there was a large order that needed to be done before ours could get started, which we understood and were fine with. The lady on the phone said she could have it done by 1:00. We said that was fine and mentioned that we have a room full of five-year-olds, so any earlier would be great too. Not sure if she misunderstood what we meant, but, at this point, she became very brusque and defensive. All her responses were suddenly very rude. We were taken aback, so we asked for her name. We were planning on calling another time to talk to someone more friendly and wanted to be able to mention who we had spoken to. She refused to give her name and became even more hostile. We didn't ask for any personal information, just her first name. We ended the call confused and upset. We called in the evening that same day hoping to speak to someone less argumentative, but the first lady must have warned the night crew about how awful we are, because the lady we spoke to was immediately defensive and unhelpful. She also declined to give us any information that we might be able to use to identify her to a manager. She told us that no one knows the owner Kayli’s work schedule or when she would be in next. We mentioned the poor customer service we had experienced and she said, “good, thanks, bye!” and hung up on us. We felt helpless and frustrated. At that point, we weren’t even sure our order was going to be made. We ended up placing an order with Casey’s. The day of the party, we went into the restaurant and confirmed that we wanted to cancel our order, and had no issue. The girl we talked to was very pleasant. We were finally able to get Kayli on the phone a couple days later, but her attitude was almost identical to the first two ladies. She was curt and defensive right off the bat, despite how calm and reasonable we were. She had no interest in hearing our side of the story and kept saying that there is NO WAY that TWO people could possibly exaggerate the situation. Kayli explained to us that the way her employees spoke to us was self-defense because they felt attacked. I try not to invalidate people’s feelings, so I’m not going to say they didn’t feel attacked, but we never yelled, cursed, called them names, threatened to come to the store, etc. We didn’t even ask for a discount. We have no idea how we were attacking them. And Kayli couldn’t tell how we attacked them either. She just jumped straight to blaming us for the entire situation. There was zero accountability for the rudeness we experienced. Kayli asked what we wanted to get out of the conversation with her. We wanted to let her know how some of her employees are treating customers and maybe to hear an apology. Didn’t think that was so much to ask. We got no apology. I understand the protective instinct that kicks in when a member of your team is upset. And I know very well that the customer is NOT always right. But a business owner has to also understand that there are two sides to every story. Blind loyalty to your team and victim-blaming aren’t automatically the best routes to take."

"Told by many, great pizza. I've never been to Raymond, and it's not hard to find. Ordered pizza very good. Bread sticks good. Most of the folks there eating the buffet. Overall, I will go back. It is hard to find good pizza. Look no further than Raymono's"

"I spontaneously stopped by for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Their all you can eat pizza, bread, salad and drink option was so great. You could spend less than $10 and have a delicious lunch. The pizza was amazing. And the staff was really friendly as well! Will definitely be back."

"Very disappointed!!!! A girl took our order of one medium pizza and small fries to go. Pizza was done within 20mins but the girl decided to put our fries in the microwave for 10mins AFTER the pizza was done. So total we waited 40 mins and we had another 5 mins of car ride in front of us. THANK YOU for the unseasoned microwaved fries and cold pizza. That was NOT worth the wait. Never again!!!!"
