"I placed an online order and payed for the Order online. When I went to pick up pizza the manager said he had already given the pizza to a DoorDash driver. I explained I did not order it through DoorDash but the manger didn’t care. He refused to refund the $30 I had spent and also refused to give me any food at all since somebody had already taken it. What a joke, avoid this location."
"This location might benefit from some attention. From things like finding I was charged twice (2x) for 1 order (my bank caught it). Then it's a 50/50 hit or miss on the friendliness of the cashier - sometimes very friendly - but just as often I feel like my order is interrupting their "quiet time"."
"Service is normally slow, food is hit or miss with quality. Today it was definitely a miss when my daughter discovered a short black hair in her pizza. I will not be back."
"PRICES ARE $3.00 HIGHER THEN REST OF LITTLE CEASARS IN OMAHA. THEY NO LONGER HAVE CLASSIC PIZZA. INSTEAD THEY OFFER "EXTRA CHEESE" FOR $3.00 MORE, SAME ON STUFF CRUST PIZZA +$3.00 SAME ON SUPREME. HOW CAN THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES ON SCREEN?"
"We just ordered chicken wings and a pepperoni pizza. Both were SERIOUSLY under cooked.when we opened the chicken wings they were soggy and mushy, took one bite and were so under cooked they were still pink, the pizza was so undercooked the toppings wouldn’t stay on it, the bottom was falling out and it was basically like eating raw dough."
