"This is my 3rd exposure to this dealerships service department in the past few months and all 3 experiences were horrible to say the least!!!! 1) I paid for the windshield coverage on my brand new bronco when I purchased it. When it came time to replace a broken windshield, They made me jump through hoops for three months!!!! All wail driving with the broken windshield. 2) My truck was shifting funny so it was sent to them to get look at it under the warranty and they refused the work because their transmission guy was supposedly quitting in 10 days and he was booked. So my truck had to get towed to Cheyenne (100 miles from my house) to have the Ford dealer there look at it and end up reprogramming the computer. 3) And now for the most recent, The passenger seatbelt in my bronco that I’ve owned for under a year has stopped working. It has zero restraint when needed. When you yank on it, it doesn’t catch and stop!!! The service advisor even agreed with me when he went out and looked at it. They scheduled me two weeks out on a Monday, so I waited and I dropped it off the day before on Sunday afternoon to make sure they would have it as they requested right at 8am Monday morning. Tuesday at 3:30pm I still did not hear anything so I went into town to check on it and it was parked in the same spot where I put it on Sunday? I went in and they told me “It was next to get looked at and not to worry.” So I left upset, I then got a call at 4:38pm saying the service tech could not get it to fail so they are not going to fix it and were not going to look into it any further. I expressed how this is a huge safety concern of mine and how even the service adviser I was speaking with saw it and he agreed but he basically did not care. He said we close at 5:30 and the bronco needed to be picked up before then. I have driven Fords my whole life and I have never seen a service department run this poorly with the lack of care or communication for the customer. Like I said at the beginning, this is not a one time thing. This is three times in just a few short months that I have dealt with personally!!!! How many other people are they treating like this? I hope this message makes it to Ford."

"I had some recalls on my 2016 Ford Edge. They were very accommodating in the Service Department by making me an appointment and approximate time to fix of 2 hours. Got me right in at my time slot and I st out in the lounge. I am going to start going there to the Quick Lane for my Service calls from now on! If I were to trade i would give them 1st chance!"
