"I went through the drive up at about 145 in the afternoon. There was only one car a head of me and one behind. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich and a order of Mac and bits and 2 large cokes. I took the food to my husband for his lunch. The bits were burnt to a crisp and the sandwich was the ends pieces of the roast on a rider bun. Not even what I ordered! I got one coke and some kind of diet drink. This the second time in 2 weeks that we have gotten bad food and not what we ordered or missing parts of our order. We will not be going back! Not worth the money and lousy service."

"Great Arby's in Torrington. The staff were friendly, fast and thorough. The only knock I have is they didn't have the bacon cheesesteak, but that isn't enough to take a star away from them. If you're ever in Torrington and want a quick meal, this Arby's won't disappoint"
