"I was ready to give up hope and at a dead end when I sought out ketamine therapy. The thick clouds of depression were suffocating me and I could hardly function. No matter what therapeutic process I had tried throughout the years, despite eating health consciously, working out, meditating, taking herbal supplements.. .. basically doing EVRYTHING one could do to be an optimally thriving person, I was beyond stuck. I was only continuing to live so that my exit wouldn't hurt those who loved me. I researched ketamine though podcasts and the available medical literature before I decided to make an appointment, which I'm incredibly grateful I did.
