"Doctors and assistants were helpful and cordial however there was a native woman who scheduled a follow up apt and once the apt was scheduled she said in a loud, aggressive and condescending voice "OK!! .. THANK YOU!!" and just stared angrily at me and my son. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional."

"1st appointment scheduled with this place & I was running about 13 mins late due to traffic , the lady who checked me in was very rude Chinese old lady & said I was more than 15 mins late when she slowly walked to sit down at her desk & checked us in & went according to the time she saw right then & there & said that we had to reschedule? Freaking Ridiculous!"
