"#greyhound We shipped boxes from NC to Albuquerque, NM on May 25th and still haven’t received them. They keep advertising that the are efficient and on-time but that’s an utter lie. We not only haven’t received the packages but don’t even have a firm idea where they are or when we would receive them. Online tracking says that there is a box in the final terminal but when we went to collect there, they say that it’s in Phoenix. Also we shipped six boxes and online tracking shows seven. When I call Customer Service, they usually know only less information than what I do and I update them with information! Such a bad service that we would not use this again."
