"TERRIBLE! Delivery/setup was quoted to take 15 to 20 minutes but actually took over an hour, not to mention items missing from delivery. Delivery men broke items in my home along with damaged items setting up. Delivery men did not document on paperwork like they said they would. I called supervisor and he was RUDE and of no assistance. He said he would call me right back after speaking to delivery team to let me know what they were planning on doing, 2 days later still no response. I contacted seller to help me resolve issue and at this time had conference call with SAME supervisor. He told rep before I got on phone that he had never heard of this issue but like she said it is strange that he knew exactly what I wanted when I came on the line. He was much nicer on this call but still not satisfied with them. He states there is not much he can do since he does not follow his men around with cameras. Like last reviewer said do not use them if you have a choice. Terrible service!!!!!"
