I was feeling fatigued in 2019 & although my yearly exams were not due he scheduled me for them early & one did show a small tumor that was cancerous! He got me to the oncologist & all turned out well! Although I had made several visits to ER & urgent care with unknown pain in area of tumor but was given vitamin D & told to watch my diet!??"

"I have no experience with Dr. Gross but his office management is a nightmare. I had a appointment with Dr. Gross that I called to cancel, but the office instead cancelled a later appointment with my PCP Dr. Miera that I had waited to months to see. The first I hear of it is a letter in the mail scolding me for missing my appointment with Dr. Gross and charging me a no-show fee. I immediately called the office to contest the charge and they said I would have to talk to the office manager. They transferred me to her, I got her voicemail, and I left a message. No call back... At this point, nobody tells me that my appointment with Dr. Miera had been cancelled instead... So a few weeks later I take off of work to attend my appointment with Dr. Miera and I am sent away because the appointment had been cancelled. I had been waiting a month to see my PCP and now I had to wait even longer (not to mention wasting time off of work to drive all the way across town and back for nothing). The girl at the front desk apologized for the error and told me not to worry about the no-show charge for my appointment with Dr. Gross. I continue to get bills in the mail for the no-show charge, so I call the office again and am told that the manager will be sent a new message and I will hear back if there is any issue. I continue to get bills in the mail and now I start getting letters threatening to send me to collections! I call the office again and after waiting on-hold for 15 minutes I get somebody who is unable to get the manager (who's name I think is Stacy?) on the line. They suggest that I physically drive over to the management office to try and get someone to speak with me! After threatening to write bad reviews (like this one) I come to find that I'm talking to someone at a 3rd-party call center. The lady goes to speak with her call-center manager and after being on hold for about 10 minutes she comes back to say she is going to transfer me to an assistant at the Dr.'s management office. This turns out to be the same person I had talked to back when the bills first starting arriving in the mail. After some pressuring, she says she is going to send a message to the office director (bypassing the manager) to get approval to reverse the no-show fee. I am still waiting for confirmation of the director's approval. UPDATE: I never heard from anyone at Dr. Gross' office again and I have since received yet another bill for the no-show charge. I guess I have no choice but to pay it at this point...adding insult to the injury of my experience. So whether you are talking about the person that cancelled the wrong appointment, the office manager that won't respond to any messages, the 3rd-party call-center with the very long hold times, or the office manager assistant that doesn't follow up to make sure an issue has been addressed...I'd say there is a pattern of dysfunction at this medical office that has, at least in my case, resulted in a significant cost of time, money, and aggravation to the patient."

WORST DR EVER!!! mY DAD IS A RETIRED iNTERAL Med 5 star doctor n if he would so throw GROSS under the table if he saw he treated his patients or how Gross just throws them away cause Gross is lazy and decides oh well done with her because she is to much for me. Or yes I will take you in hun, but next week efe you over and say oh NO you are not my patient anymore!!! Oh I could say a novel nasty self what you did n mentally messed me up now for good, but I just want to get sick thinking of you n the worst doctor I have ever met in my life and can't wait to have my lawyer take you down with what you did!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED DR HE WISHES HE SO WAS!!!!!!!!"
