"This is the worst of the worst, and that means from the top down and everywhere in between if I could press 0 stars I would! Everytime I call, I get blown off and sent to someone else's voicemail. Noone claims any responsibility for the gross incompetence."
"Poor billing practices and awful patient care. They only care about getting money. They waited for over a year to send me a bill instead of a monthly bill. Did not turn info into my insurance company as they should so claims were denied. Talked with different customer service people and none of them knew what the other had said or what was happening with the account. Said it was almost in collections so I needed to pay now. They make billing mistakes, send me only 1 bill and threaten to turn it over to collections. DO NOT USE THEM."
"Automatic reply: i doubt a human is reading these. My mom is still having issues with this company. My mom has called the phone number for the Kangaroo Joey pump help and has left multiple messages for the past 2 weeks. No phone call back. They keep putting her through to the case manager but has yet to receive a call back. I think 1 star is too generous."
"Time to order supplies for my husband J-Tube bags which was ordered the first time Last Monday, this Monday when I have only 3 feeding bags left, I called and what order? They said they would put a rush on it and will call me back when to expect never did Today when we used the last one was told order error... I explained how he has esophagus cancer and he can not swallow at all... and the only nutrients and liquid is through this J-tube they suggested to ask the hospital for some they said they don't do that so I called back and told them hospital said no now what. They would call me latter well called them back after closing and guess what nothing was done yet... Luckly the hospital in Durango has some samples(5) to give me so I am going Friday because it is one 1/4 hours away. Also when we got the pump no one ever showed us how to use it. Thank heaven for YouTube that showed us enough to start feeding... Yes I wish there was another one in the 4 corners besides HME I guess that is why they don't care...."
