"Long story short, I spoke to Kimberly who was able to pull up my shipment by my name and address and tell me that it was on track to be delivered the next day between 1 and 5. The next day when I tried to confirm my shipment, the same person refused to try to track it down until I had the order number. No problem, I got the order number eventually from the original shipper, and I called back and they said it didn’t even get loaded on the truck that day and unfortunately no one bothered to reach out to tell us, so and we lost our entire afternoon. The nail in the coffin was the unprofessionalism of the person I spoke to last on the phone who basically told me it wasn’t her problem and that they’re “going through a weird time”."

"Have had multiple issues with this delivery company. They call to set up a delivery time and then no one shows up!! No phone call to reschedule or to tell you they’re not coming. I took the day off of work to wait for them. I should have known better because this is the 2nd item they were supposed to deliver and just didn’t show up. If I would of known this was the company that was delivering my item then I would of requested a different delivery company from the business I ordered my large item from. Roberta at customer services is horrible. She’s immediately gets aggressive with her tone. This has to be the worse company I have ever dealt with. Twice now I have lost time (and money) from work because they just simply don’t show up when scheduled to. If I could give them zero stars I would. My next complaint will be with The Better Business Bureau."
