"Maintenance was finally able to fix a few things that have been broken for a long time. Marco was very professional, got right to work, and finished the daunting job in no time. Thank you for getting it taken care of."
"It's ridiculous, this complex is a joke. They won't let you have anything on your patio, and quite when your things are stolen, such as bikes. If you can hire tow trucks to harass your tentants why not get security. Avoid the headache spend your money and sanity elsewhere. It's been hell since we signed. From the flooding from day one to car fires, to shootings, burning bushes near units and now more petty theifs like taking bikes from kids because of these stupid rules. It's just not worth it."
"ROACHES! Lots of roaches to be found here, dead, and alive. Also, parking lots are disgusting. People using parking spots to feed stray cats, and various random trash. Lots of shady characters roaming the parking lots as well. Make sure your auto insurance is paid up and covers break ins."
"Mountain view apartments look like they have really nice apartments. I was just a visitor at these apartments. I have a friend living at these apartment complex. He's been living there for years. They even take section 8 vouchers at these apartments. It seems like they keep the property very clean and maintain the grass and the swimming very well. If ever I had to move out of my apartment I would choose these."
"Sam was nice and cordial when we went to look at a potential property so we decided to apply to these apartments.$350 dollars just to apply, a little steep for me but alright. $100 application, $250 for move in. We were told that if we were denied we would be returned to us. Made it sound better for sure. We applied over a month ago and we are just now receiving the refund. Instead of an electronic return, they sent out a check to the wrong address. Since they are impossible to get ahold of, I could not contact anyone to update the address. Thankfully I had done so through USPS because if not I don’t think I would have ever seen that money again. In this short amount of time I was reading other awful reviews about this place, glad that I was spared what some of these loyal tenants have put up with. Last week we were told they are under new management AGAIN. Yikes. Stay far away from this place."
