"Update 6: February 2, 2024, would honestly rate 0 if I could. Have allegedly unlawfully entering apartments, attempting to push their ways in to the point of Assault and Battery (pushing is assault), have allegedly been trying to remove elderly people from the complex, have allegedly harassed people who have lived here for years because of damage that had been here for years that they did nothing about (I don't think they realize people can withhold rent for disrepair and just ask to live there free until the rent is up for not fixing things if you got a good lawyer). Law suits are probably coming for them. Recommend staying FAR away from these apartments. When my lease is up I'm gone and will tell anyone who asks to stay FAR away. Probably will peacefully protest outside their property too once I'm gone for people to NOT enter (also under 1st amendment)."
"Not too bad an area. Neighbors are usually pretty nice. Management is always helpful and will do their best to help you when they can. You can sign up for weekly food boxes to be delivered to you on Tuesdays. Keep to yourself for the most part, and be relatively quiet and you won't have any problems if you choose to live here. They are building a new building right now so sign up soon. Edit: Since Diane came back, things have gone to h*ll. My apartment's heat has been rising every day since May, and I finally complained about it on the 25th of May in an email. It's been almost a month and the hottest it's been was yesterday before I left when it was 83. I might add that New Mexico Health Standards State that an apartment legally has to be above 65 and below 78 unless the tenant purposely changes it. I have had both the thermostat and swamp cooler fan on high and the pump is on and the thermostat is on cool with the heat set to 66. I'm actually going to be printing off flyers at work tomorrow for a petition to get Diane fired at this point as a form of peaceful protest (protected under the first amendment). The fact that 100% of the neighbors I have spoken to about her have said that they hate her, have had problems with her, and that she is flat out rude to everyone. I've also talked with several neighbors and apparently she has harassment charges against her, and allegedly was throwing away work orders when she was last here (my ex lived her then and she actually had to buy a work order book that Diane had to sign, JUST to prove that things were not getting done properly). If Diane is here when you move in... RUN!!!!! I'll also mention that all the bad reviews, came about AFTER Diane came back. Update 2: I realized that I had been hearing the voices of everyone else but not exactly listening to Diane. I spoke with her about the subject, and while it wasn't exactly an apology (more like an apology for the way I and everyone else felt), she did seem to understand me and said that she was leaving as of June 30th anyways. Us the Swamp cooler is working properly again. More updates to follow if I DO continue living here. Update 3 January 11, 2024: All old management is out. New management is worse. I've already heard from neighbors about alleged unlawful entry and they tried to do that to me. I listed the days they were SUPPOSED to come and they didn't show until 3 days later so they legally weren't allowed in if I didn't want them in. There are a lot of alleged shady things going on here. A lot of people have been kicked out, and I've heard a lot of things that they supposedly have been doing. They have something in the lease to not talk about management badly. Well luckily I'm not. I'm alleging. Update 4 January 24th, 2024. They are allegedly harassing people after unlawful entry. They also allegedly have asbestos (a cancer causing substance) in white pipes in building B and something that typically requires rehoming by law, and have allegedly been shredding documents and falsifying documents. I would recommend to people living here currently to get legal work order books so you can have copies of them and withhold rent legally if they don't do it. I will mention all rent needs to be paid as soon as they fix whatever is broken. Also, ask for copies of all documents and keep track of when notices appear on doors. If the notice says it's for the day before, but it wasn't posted til the day of entry, then it's unlawful entry. Also non-written notice is still unlawful entry by State Law. All evidence gained by unlawful entry can be erased from the record legally. I highly recommend looking up landlord tenant rights. Very helpful. Also recommend studying more than one website on the matter and checking dates for updated laws. Also, I'll remind people of the statement in the lease that you can't talk bad about these guys and that it says it's not a 1st amendment violation. Just because you say it's not, doesn't mean it isn't. That's for the courts to decide if it gets to that point. Worst reviews recent."
"I'm not a resident but I do know people there and I recently got homeless two weeks ago but this woman named Ms vV (havemanager) called parking enforcement to have my only vehicle towed and yes it was parked in a handicap, and no licence plate but I was there one night had a flat and i tried changing it but no money so I did it myself but no ride so i had to walk to and from the store to get air for my tire but I have one question? Mrs V how could you call parking enforcement? I'm homeless with nothing but that car and it was on a jack but still no remorse because I finally showed up again with the tire this time but I will see you in the office.... Good night ma'am"
"I do not recommend these apartments. Management is a total joke. Monkeys could do a better job. I lived here for 3 years and the pool has never once been open for use. Also management does not service the swamp coolers until mid June and it is roasting in the here. Do not waste your time and money here. PS I would rate this place 0/5 stars but it would not let me post a review without giving it a star"
