Tesota Four Hills

"I was a tenant for the tesota at four hills apartments for over a year. This is my testimonial for my experience with living conditions, maintenance, and management over that time. I in no way wish to spread lies but only offer 100% truth in my experience as a renter/tenant so that others can make a better and more informed decision when taking this particular property into consideration for housing. I started my lease with my ex girlfriend on a 6 month lease. The apartment we were shown and told we would be taking was suddenly not available on move in day. So we were given a different 2 bedroom apartment, that had a very large hole in the living room window that was covered up with a piece of plywood taped to the window. Part 1"

"Cockroaches, car impoundment, threw away all my belongings, no partial payments, plumbing problems, unkind treatment. Basically after 21/2 years, they left my life in total shambles. I'll accept some of the blame for that but not all. You cannot reach the accounting office. You cannot submit work orders online or maybe not even in person."

"...I lived there for 7 years, the first four were good but then ownership kept changing and the lease agreement papers kept getting lengthy. I had to pay the property utilities and my personal utilities. ...towards the end, when my lease expired, they didn't provide me an up dated lease for three months. I had to pay month to month charges. The Maintenance staff likes their cigarette breaks...while my list of work orders were ignored."

"My daughter has been out of heat since October, no hot water for a week and counting. Apparently maintenance can’t do anything until the Manager Katie enjoys her vacation and gets back to address it after the New Year. No one is responding to help. This is ridiculous, they don’t live there for free. I’ve called corporate, waiting for a call back. I’m sure none of them would like to live in these situations. They provided two very small space heaters. This doesn’t make up for the cold water. Completely unacceptable!"

"If I could rate 0 stars I would!! Literally the worst apartment complex I lived at like ever!! Lots of drug use the buildings smell awful like fentanyl! I shouldn't even know what that smell is but living here I picked it up!! It's always messy and ghetto looking! Not to mention there's a disgusting roach infestation and there was maggots in building 4 where I lived!! I had to stay at a hotel for a Month out of the summer bc even though I put in countless work orders to have my AC fixed they never came! Lost more than 3 months worth of rent while new girls are always in and out of the office! The office ladies are more worried about flirting with maintenance than doing their jobs. I don't recommend living here to ANYBODY! Also we ended up breaking our lease and after the fact they wanted to file an eviction!!! This place will screw you! Stay far away!!"
