"I read mostly negative reviews of The Loop, I on contrary had a good experience with them. Eric helped us immensely to get into an apartment during the weekend so I'm very grateful for that. The buildings and grounds were always being maintained. They were pretty consistent in letting the tenants know if they were going to work on certain areas that affected the tenants. Thank you guys..."

"We need air conditioner We have no air also the ceiling is falling apart Cause of the water falling , WE HAVE SENT Notice about 4 times already WE NEED SOMEONE TO COME PLEASE CHEACK IT OUT! This is Ridiculous can't be paying this much if there's no air Conditioning ."

"No cold water in my apartment after they 'fixed' it. Hot water is like hell levels of hot too. Like someone messes with the boiler temp and doesn't fix it. This happens almost every month in this apartment complex. Not even joking and I honestly wish I was."

"This place has been a disaster. Against my better judgement I have been here for three years thinking it would improve with one of the six management companies that have been here since April 2020. Roaches, flooded three times (once with sewage coming out of the bath tub), broken windows, needle and bullet casings in the parking lot. The current property management company, Bella, is a joke. Twice under their stewardship we have gone without hot water twice for over twenty days. Nothing was done to try and make the situation right. The second time it wasn't even publically acknowledged. The staff will send threatening messages via text or email blasts, using it like a Facebook page to intimidate residents. No one knows what they're doing. They will mark maintenance orders as complete when no one has come to look. Pay for pest control and no one comes to spray. Rude, unprofessional, and petty. Stay as far away as you can."

"If you’re thinking about living here don’t. Our apartment flooded the whole time we lived there and they never fixed it no matter how many requests we put in. We had no heat or A/C the whole time we lived there. Our A/C unit almost caught fire twice. We had no power in any of the bedrooms, we never got a mailbox key, but they sure did make sure to harass us for one when we moved out. We had no hot water for the last 2 months we lived there. They are letting all kinds of sketchy people move in but they aren’t hiring more security. People literally stole my mail several times. The laundry room in our building doesn’t even have working washers and dryers. The whole place needs to be shut down. It’s all a health and safety hazard. But I’m sure they’ll delete this post."
