"I have lived here for 3 years and have really loved it. The property manager is friendly and the rent is more than reasonable for the amenities included. (pool, parking, gated, the uptown area, nearby park, laundry rooms, refrigerated air etc) Mary Ellen was happy to work with my situation as a student and was very helpful in meeting my tenant needs. She really cares about the residents and has their best interests in mind. The apartment was so quiet and perfect for studying, and maintenance made fast repairs when needed. I moved out due to accepting an offer for graduate school in Seattle otherwise I would have loved to stay much longer. Mary Ellen was happy to provide a great reference to a possible landlord, and made the whole moving out process very simple for me. Thank you!"

"I have lived here for over 5 years. The property manager is EXTREMELY professional and between her and the owners, they work with their tenants and always side on the interest of the resident. Parking can be a little wonky sometimes but every apartment has at least one covered spot included in the rent along with utilities! There are 4 types of apartments here, 2 and three bedroom apartments on the perimeter have small yards in the back. The center buildings are two bedroom, 1.75 baths. And the two front buildings are 2 story town homes with 2 beds and 1.5 baths. They are NOT small apartments. For the price, and the area, they are GREAT apartments with friendly staff."

"Lived here for three years now, nothing but good things to say about this place. Manager was always very helpful in the few times we needed her, so was all the staff. The apartments are very well taken care of. The people are here to help you and your family. The amenities you get for the price - gated community, covered parking, extra storage, pool - are amazing! I recommend this place to everyone who wants a nice place for a reasonable price. There's a reason why they don't have vacancies very often. We are leaving because we bought a house, and we're very happy with the years we lived here."

"Ignore all the 1 star reviews from 7 months ago if you actually wanna know how good this place is. Those people do not live here. The community manager (that's her title, not property manager) is extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. She is always willing to help with any issue you have. Overall this place is pretty good. Ultilies are included in rent, they accept pets, it's really close to Uptown, and everyone here pretty much keeps to themselves. The building is a little old so there are creaky floorboards and the AC and heat alternate from being on throughout the year, which sucks a little when it starts to heat up in March but the heat is still switched on. The laundry rooms could use some work, but other than that I can't really complain. If you have more than 2 cars you may issues cause the designated parking is only 2 spots per apartment and the side parking fills up quick. Nice place, 4/5 would renew lease again."

"The property manager really works with you, is super nice, and has the tenants best interests at heart. The rent here is very reasonable, it's a quaint gated community, with nice covered parking. Great location! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
