"This place will rent to anybody I guess, should get better security or need to get security. I know people that are leasing apartments allow others to move in with them and they end up causing issues, or disturbances to other tenants quiet time such as drugs, police activity, abusive people, neglectful parents, and theives."
"My oldest daughter is renting an apartment here. It's not horrible but for the price I would expect quite a bit nicer of a place. Apartments are simply renting for too much! It's frustrating because our children, unless they have some AMAZING job, are struggling to be independent along with safe and also struggling financially. As a society we want our kids to attend university and not have to work but there is unfortunately no way her dad and I can help her and she HAS to work full-time in order to live on her own. Anyway, the place could be cute but they didn't clean it for her when she moved in (and it was really pretty bad!), At one time it had a dishwasher but they took it out and put a large plastic piece to cover the hole where it was... Why not either leave it open or put some shelves or drawers there. The carpet is kinda old and she ended up painting some areas that were really bad. In the end, SHE made her apartment adorable! No help from them thou. You would think for $800+ it would've been at the very least clean when she moved in.... Maybe they should offer her a gift card for cleaning her own place .... Right!?!"
"I've lived here for just under a year and I really enjoy it! It's very quiet and pretty peaceful. The location is great and the studios are cute and spacious."
"Absolute trash we got evicted because our apartment needed renovated and they had no other 2 bed rooms. Cant evict during the covid 19 but greg doesnt care. Worst manager ever. Do NOT i repeat do NOT rent from greg and alberto the maintence guy doesnt fix anything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
"The management at San Mateo Suites is awesome, especially Mario. He was very responsive all during the rental application process and friendly. This is a very honestly run complex. I recommend renting here."
