"I rented in this residence twice over 4 years, my second experience wasn’t really as expected! It seems like they rent to anyone and they don’t care! U see all kind of junk cars parking everywhere, people speed inside the residence, the smell of mirijuana literally everywhere! Its like they allow any crack head to rent there! The laundry rooms are dirty and half of the machines there are out of service!"

"I moved to this building in October 2021 and someone broke into my home in January 2022. I lost almost 50k and had to call the police and open a case. I talked to the leasing office and they could have been more helpful. But they do not care about you but your money. There are no cameras in this building and such an unsafe place to live. In March 2023 someone broke into my car in front of my building in the parking lot and when I talked to the manager and leasing office, they didn’t help but told me it is a normal thing in Albuquerque. It is a very unsafe building especially if you are new to Albuquerque and living alone. I had many issues in this building. I do not recommend risking your life or money to live there. I always had problems receiving packages, I had packages from FedEx twice and someone took my boxes from my door before I got home from work. I received the images from the post office that they delivered the package and left it in front of the door but someone was taking my boxes. So I even had to put a doorbell camera and camera inside my home. But even with having a second camera, I had a problem with my office because they sent someone to my house without permission and from the office put a paper right on my doorbell which covered the camera. They tried to come in, but they probably didn't know I had a camera inside, and as soon as they entered my home, the alarm started, and they left. At first I talked and email the office and directly emailed Ms. Summer and she said no one from the office went inside my home. After sending the images of people who tried to enter, she said it was from the office but they entered without my permission. After all those horrible experiences I felt unsafe living in this building and had to terminate my lease and move to another apartment. Still, the office was asking me for a termination fee which was not my choice to leave and not even try to be helpful. Also, there were many ants in my apartment, and I asked them to come and fix it twice, but it was not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place."

"Staff in the office are so rude and unhelpful. The darker complected woman is absolutely wonderful. We love her. But the other women in there are outrageously rude. Every job has their own pros and cons but being the first voice you hear with such attitude, when you’re calling in regards to your apartment is really unprofessional. Unless you like dealing with AWFUL staff not trying to help you, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU"

"Well I recommend living here if you want roaches, mice, ants running all in and out around your apartments! We’ve lived here just over 6 months and it is problem after problem. We keep our place spic n span but it doesn’t seem to help. Then having to deal with the lady upfront who seems like we’re wasting her time when it’s her job to help us! They’ve done little to take care of these unwanted things. Roaches swarm our patio! Oh! N not to mention they are redoing the patio so not only do you have roaches but now there’s is absolutely no privacy. They are so short my dog could jump over with ease. The pool is barely enjoyable with all the debris and wasps flying around. The list could go so much longer …*sigh*"

"My wife and I have lived here for two years now. The staff is very friendly and honestly the best we have ever delt with, the maintenance is quick to respond within reason. The grounds are very well kept, it feels safe at night, great trees outside your windows. Sadly that's where it stops. The apartment we have been living in had/has HEAVY water damage. I'm not sure what happened before we moved in but the entire floors were replaced. There is absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom so mold builds quickly if you don't keep up with it. Water to the entire complex is shut off constantly due to terrible pipes that were installed when this place opened. Sadly the staff always gets hassled for this even though its not their fault which I understand. I do wish though that the owners of the property would somehow compensate the tenants for the constant water interruptions. Appliances are old, cabinets need to be updated. Most of ours are warped due to water damage. We would keep living here if these issues were fixed but sadly it's going to take more than I think the owners of the property want to spend to rectify the issues. I wish we could take all of the staff and move them with us to a new location. This would be a great place to live if they just drop the price a bit more for what you're getting."
