"I lived here for 6years and the place was finen until T&C management took over. This company is about as crooked as they come! Raised my rent almost doubled and didnt do a dang thing to imporve my unit! The place had cockroaches and Faith Tolino (the manager) really didnt care that there was homeless people camped out on property!. My car was beoken into and they rented to people that sold those Blues fentanyl pills. The place is unsafe and it was regular to hear gunshots closeby nightly. The place was unsafe and Faith only cared about the rent being paid! Careful with T&C they tried to charge me for blinds thqat I bought and for damages that were never fixed! They had raw sewage running underneath my bedroom door for almost a week then acted like nothing even happened !Then she lied and said that I did all the damage, they will lie about you and make you look like the bad one! Buyer beware they are as slumlordish as you can get!! Even used CARES Act money to illegally pay for a court eviction which never should have happened! Youve Been warned!! Dont let te few positvie reviews fool you T&C should be put out of business for monopolizing properties and acting like they are only managing them when they are becoming rich on exploiting those that dont know any different! Its illegal and immoral!! At the end they have the nerve to send me a bill for $2000+ for damages that were never fixed! Only after I threatened to report them to the Department of the Treausries Inspector General did they stop the threats of collections!!"

"Always something illegal going on in the parking lot. Being there's an echo in the middle of the apartments, tenants are obvious and so not discreet infact they're very loud about the sales going on here. Zombies bent over in the parking lot waiting in line for the "Blue lite special" . people coming & going all hours. It's scary.. Out of control people breaking into cars all night. And management decides its OK to leave the sewage in the parking lot every now n again. Imagine T&C management Co. The monopolizing ones. T&C owns alot of apartments and have been around a long time so it's not like they don't know just how wrong it is. It's more like they could care less one way or another. They can break laws and be as slummy as the slummiest and get away with it. There's nobody to oversee the landlords and dish out CONSEQUENCES. Judges are in cahoots with landlords anyway. So either way nobody stands a chance. The ones you think you can count on (justice in court) reminds us just how "landlord friendly" our system is.. landlords literally can do no wrong and get away with breaking laws because the system is fixed in favor of the LL's even if you have evidence to prove it. It gets flipped around to convenience their needs and make it about the LL. LOST ALL FAITH IN HUMANITY! IF ITS FOUND PASS IT TO THE NEXT VICTIM.. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . YOU WONT LEAVE HERE THE SAME AS THE DAY YOU MOVED IN!"

"The management never answers, they rarely do repairs when asked. T or C was horrible at managing when I was there, the last landlord was considerably better. My time there was very frustrating and they don't deserve a five star rating."
