"Maintenance wouldn't return calls for 2-3 days or even at all. The pool's wernt always clean. The gate to get in to the complex was all ways broken, I've been there for a year and it was fixed for about two months then broke again. The inside of the apartment does not look like it was re-done professional, when looking at the wall there was hair and tape with in the paint, the floor was uneven, the counter looked slightly Warped, the cabinet was hovering off the floor, we found a needle about 3 to 4 inches long in our bedroom in the carpet when we first moved in. Near the end of our lease there where cockroaches coming out of nowhere, no matter how much we cleaned they wouldn't go away."

"My boyfriend dropped off me and my baby here at my friends apartment, took him not even 15 minutes he went outside our car was gone! Someone said it got towed. We told the lady in the office and she could care less! We explained there was no sign or warning and she said “Your friend should’ve told you” and “the tow truck must’ve been around the corner“, whatever that means. No help whatsoever and said the tenants call the tow company. I can only imagine how many cars that are doing nothing wrong get towed here. $300 just to park in a regular spot."

"Stayed at this Apartment for only two years and it has not been the best. The apartment is old in general and I get that but when we had bad rain storms it would flood our living room and they would tell us we would be put on a service waiting list in which they never got back to us to fix the issue ever. This happened twice and its still not fixed. Our fridge and freezer stopped working and once again told us we had to be put on a service waiting list to get it even looked at which is bull because our food went bad and that beats other maintenance repairs if your refrigerator goes out. They told us they don’t know when they would get to us and there is nothing they could do. It was looked at 1month later which is crazy to me so we called corporate and got our grocery money back but I found that on my own without their recommendation. I would call, never get a answer and leave voicemails for them and they would never get back to me so I just started going to the office. I pay for them to clean and keep up with the weeds, roaches, spiders, mice and pick up the gross stinky doggy trash bins and they leave it for weeks even months and I still get charged for maintenance around the place? Totally unbelievable and a waste of overcharged money for this place. I do not recommend living here for over a year. Totally waste of money"

"Super sleazy. The unit looked good when I toured, but I quickly learned how shoddily everything was put together upon moving in. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up on all the edges, the carpet wasn't secured right and coming apart in places, nails sticking out of the bathroom counter, the windows are super old and gross looking, drains never drained right, water in the bathroom faucet doesn't ever heat up, and the list goes on. It is definitely clear they wanted the places to look expensive upon moving in, without them actually being expensive. Extremely overpriced and tried to raise the rent by over $100 when it came time to renew. Parking is a huge pain. People constantly park in your spot, or in the red fire lanes which make it difficult to get in and out of your assigned spot. You only get one parking spot per unit. The front gate rarely works right, often making me back up and go around when it won't open. The back gate is never closed so there is no real security. There was a busted sprinkler that was hemorrhaging water through the parking lot and blocks down San Mateo that took them months to fix. After moving out, they had the audacity to take my entire security deposit and charge me $120. Any "damage" was normal wear and tear from their terribly put together unit and I deep clean any place I move out of."
