"UPDATE(12/5/23) I WENT DOWN TO THE OFFICE THIS MORNING AND TALKED TO LINDA ABOUT THE MONEY ORDER THEY ARE STATING THEY GOT IT THIS MORNING! WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF YESTERDAY BEFORE THEY OPENED! I ASKED ABOUT CAMERAS AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE ANY SHOWING THE BACK DOOR OF THE OFFICE WHERE THE DROP BOX IS! AND SHE TOLD ME SHE REFUSED TO FIGHT WITH ME ABOUT IT!!!! I WASNT FIGHTING I HAVE A receipt with time and proof of purchase and it has the date of purchase on the money orders receipts I took down with me and then she told me I can come back to talk to the manager but she was dealing with a couple that had just had their truck stolen!!! Horrific stress-filled managing!!!!] I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and never really had any issues until the previous manager Drew left and the new manager came. On multiple occasions, she has tried to double, if not triple charge me for things that I thankfully have money order receipts and all receipts for! She and other office staff wonders why I am no longer kind and cordial and why I refuse to talk to them unless absolutely necessary but the fact that I'm being charged two to three times for the exact same thing when that's never happened my two years of living here is outstandingly disgusting!!! she is extremely incompetent when it comes to managing this apartment complex! All of a sudden, it takes maintenance 3 or 4 days to fix anything on top of the fact that they no longer check their online work orders.THE FUREAKING ROACHES!!!! They have never gotten control over the roach issue and I have spent over $80 out of my own pocket every few months just to make sure my apartment isn't overrun by them they come up out of the sinks out of the drains they're in the bathroom the kitchen by the bed no matter how often you clean and how spotless you keep your apartment you will have roaches you have to make appointments to be put on for bug spray and they only come once a week. Not only that, they no longer check their mailbox at the back of the office, so that's why they lost my money order! Not to mention it also took them almost a week to fix my heater and AC every time it went down also they refused to give discount or reimburse for the days that it was broken that I was not aware of jacking my utility bills through the absolute roof! As soon as this new manager came into the position of this apartment complex, this apartment complex is no longer worth than $950 I pay a month for a 300-ft studio. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE PROOF YOU PAY OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN ONCE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH ROACHES!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH DELAYED MAINTENANCE RESPONSE!! UPDATE I went back spoke to the manager Kathy I went back and forth with her for quite a while until finally she agreed to void the late fee I kept asking for her to look at the cameras or get the cleaners name that saw me drop it off and she refused. then she brought up my reviews that I posted and said that she didn't agree and was incredibly angry over the fact that I posted a review. I looked her in the face and said then we can agree to disagree because I feel like you're management is not up to par to the previous management overall I've lived here for 2 years the rent has gone up in price to where it is absolutely unacceptable for what I get. The fact that under previous management we never had any issues with carjackings or cars being broken into but Under New Management it seems like every week There's a new victim. Also when speaking with Kathy I requested that her supervisor reach out to me and I've heard nothing back and I have yet to hear from owners and or a supervisor so I can place a complaint so honestly my review has not changed much in the first couple weeks of her working here she tried to double charge me or charge me more than once three or four separate times I believe and she completely disagreed with it and I looked her in the face and said this isn't the first time and it's not going to be the last time until my lease is up"

"My boyfriend recently moved to these apartments about three months ago and they are awesome. He’s had no problems. I stay there often with him and the people are nice. The stuff is great. Everything is up-to-date and maintenance is wonderful. Much better than my apartment complex. I find myself staying at his house more than my own."

"Good grief, don't live in the past!!! The current staff, Dru and Linda are the BEST we have ever had in the 10 years I've lived here!! They truly listen to our concerns and we are sooooo happy with all the improvements made. For example, the security fence around the whole property, new landscaping besides the routine maintenance of all the grounds, installing electronic pads for gate and door entry, cosmetic things like staining the front door and pretty pots with flowers by the front door, removing the barrier, paving and restriping the loading zone, reserved parking numbers and signs requested, beautiful new awning structure...all has given this property a needed facelift and we all appreciate their efforts. In addition we got all new washers and dryers needed and they are lovely. Now they have partnered with Door Dash for zero delivery fees. This staff really cares...if you want a safe, pretty, functional place to live, this is it!!!"

"I lived here many years ago and landed up back here. The new manager really has done a lot to help the apartments. The gate surrounding the apartments is really nice, especially when I walk my dogs in the evening and early mornings. I can walk them without having to worry. The pools are nice and having access to the indoor pool all year is a plus for my son and I. Its quick to get on either freeway and the management keeps the grounds pretty clean. Occasionally there is trash around but it is usually picked up quickly. I also really enjoy the grass and trees everywhere. It makes walking my dogs easy. Lastly, they have been on top of issues such as heat and cooling which is nice!! The price and size of the apartments is also worth it. Compared to other apartments for same number of rooms/bath, the square footage is better for the price. I enjoy it here!"

"Since moving in in January, there have been so many updates. The property is beautiful outside, new gates and fence, new awnings, easy access for myself and visitors. They keep property clean and address any concerns immediately. I love living here. Indoor and outdoor door pools and hot tub bonus. Always clean. Property manager and staff are friendly and helpful."
