"Moved in and the apartment looked like it was never cleaned. Ink stains on the walls and dead bugs on the floor. The apartment are not cable and internet ready. And the office workers are never there or do not answer their phone. I've trying to get find out where my mail box is located for the past week."
"This is very dirty, dingy, smelly, and probably has some health/safety code violations. Stairways are cracked, rusted and packed with leaves, bugs, and trash. The units are old, outdated, and has poor maintenance. The staff are a bit rude and spiteful against any tenants that questions their methods of business. The price to live here is outrageous, renters beware."
"Definitely the worst apartment! Do not live here unless you want cockroaches to ruin everything you have. Management, specifically Lupe is very unprofessional and lies to you. I definitely would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anybody! do not live here; very ghetto apartments, and expensive for the price they’re asking."
"Hey guys give me a call. I have been trying to get ahold of you for 6 months now to get my deposit refunded. You charged me for carpet cleaning and I didnt have a carpet lol! and your phones dont work and when I manage to get one you on the line you say you have to call someone else and never call me back. Please call me. You have my number."
"I actually have been here about a year and every time I need anything, they are allways here when I need something done in my home . The apartments are not to bad for the price we are paying . Thank you guys for helping and keep getting better ❤️❤️"
