"I adore living in this community but when it comes to service orders They definitely need work. I put in a service request since 10/20/21 about a linking faucet in my bathroom and have yet to get it fixed. This is really frustrating when it comes to personal hygiene!! I also am concerned for my neighbor underneath since I came in one day and the floor was soaked. I usually don’t go this far but I have yet had any communication about parts or anything."
"The modern minimalist design blends well with the surrounding industrial area. Stained concrete and large subway floor tiles are impressive. “To and from” might take some getting used to, think 'Frontage Road First', plus it functions as insulation from a heavily traveled i40! Feels discreet driving on a road less traveled, (so much so) you might be compelled to park in reverse. ¡Tranquilo demasiado!"
"The apartments are clean, my family and I live here comfortably. There is daily maintenance around the property. Staff is friendly. Friendly neighbors. We have a property manager who responds to our concerns quickly. Overall a great place to live!"
"Resident since Sep 2016. This is a great inexpensive modern place with every essential amenity you need. Great resources knocking at your door from Financial planning for whomever needs it, first time homeowner assistance, grade school tutoring ect. Therefore, my family and I were able to make a great life without having to spend every dollar on rent. Perfect place for a young family to get on their own feet. Management and Maintenance are just an email or phone call away, always very respectful, prompt and professional."
"Very nice apartments. I was thinking of moving here but then I found out they charge foe everything from weeds to a light bulb. I have never lived in a apartment where they do that. Too exspensive for my taste. I'll just continue visiting my friend who lives there."
