"Overall I've very much enjoyed my time at Olympus Northpoint. Coming from a very terrible apartment complex, this place has been safe, clean, and friendly. I've had no issues with infestations (unsure if that's due to my cat lol), repairs are normally completed within 6hours of requesting, front desk is extremely friendly, I've always had warm water, and no issues with cooling/heating. While the dog park can sometimes get a little noisy, or my neighbors below play their music too loud. It's overall pretty quiet and nice. I just renewed my lease here due to the good experience + my rent was barely increased. Dani and the repairmen are super friendly and overall awesome. Thank you for the wonderful work y'all put it."

"I had a great experience during my brief time (approximately 6 months) at Olympus Northpoint. Danielle/Dani and Dominique run the office and they were always quick to reach to my questions, and they did so with a cheerful and professional manner. They are a huge human resource asset to this property. The few minor maintenance issues I had were handled within 24 hours and the two men who I spoke with were also very courteous and professional. The apartment complex is clean, well maintained, safe and in a quiet location. It also has pick access to the freeway. Selecting this location was a wise choice and I highly recommend Olympus Northpoint if you’re searching for an apartment."

"Don’t move in here. Units are over priced and infested with mice in the walls and units . You will be charged exponentially on utilities and any other fees they can tack on to your rent, I’m an extremely clean person and had an infestation of mice who chewed through the walls . I was charged $500 to move to a new unit. I was harassed when moving into the unit because even though technically I was given four days they wanted to turn it over to a new tenant and started calling me for the keys on day 2 . The walls are paper thin and if you happen to have a loud neighbor you will hear any everything in their apartment. This place is not with the money whatsoever"
