"I've experienced to many things to name while living at Cresta North Valley, but not getting my deposit is completely unprofessional. Cresta never answers my calls, so I called Brinkman Real Estate and was transferred from accounting to some person who issues checks. This person referred me to a company that issues checks for Brinkman. The issuer of checks stated that they mail checks but they get lost in transit ALL the time. Why would a reputable company continue to utilize a service that doesn't track shipments that consistently get lost on the way? After speaking with them, I called Brinkman back only to be told there was no one to help me. The only person I could speak with is the property manager and she only answered 1 phone call on this particular day. It seems the professionalism posted proudly on all their websites doesn't extend to lowly tenants who just want a refund. The apartment I viewed was in immaculate condition, but this one gave me so much trouble that I'm writing a review. I was shown a prop apartment I'd never have the opportunity to occupy. Update: The receptionist at Brinkman told me never to call the number again. She said the property manager was probably ghosting her and she couldn't help me. Update: The accounting department called me ridiculous, yelled at me, and disconnected the call before remedying my issue. After all this time, I'm still unsure when I'll get my refund."

"Ayda, the property manager here at Cresta North Valley Is very personable and genuinely cares about her tenants. When I was accidentally locked out of my apartment, Ayda was there to help and took charge of the situation personally. Even though it was after hours, she took time out of her personal schedule to ensure this tenant was able to gain safe access to their apartment. Definitely a 5 star rating!"

"Recently moved back to Cresta North Valley and was met with absolute kindness and help from new property Manager Ayda. Everything has been working smoothly including deliveries to my apartment. Love the atmosphere and the property has been super clean. Management has been easy to contact and anytime a request is made I have gotten a response super fast. Views are amazing and updates have been extraordinary would recommend to anyone, this complex is 10/10!"

"Ayda the manager has been very responsive to all communication, from before leasing to after signing my lease & moving in, and has been so helpful at a time in my life where the stress levels were overwhelming in my life. She bent over backwards to help me get into my unit in a timely manner. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. a few different floor plans to choose from. I can't say enough about her being a caring person for her tenants. I have been here only a month and I feel like I made the right decision to move in. The property is well maintained by maintenance. Thank you again Ayda and Julio for making it a great place to live."
