"We just moved and there are definitely a lot of things that should have been fixed before they showed us the unit. However, the maintenance man has been communicative and understandably busy, and Ms Lujan has been helpful since her return to the office. The community itself feels safe and quiet, and once things are fixed it will be good."
"Recently moved in and the management Sharissa made it so easy on what I needed to bring for her so we could get the process going much faster! She has been amazing in answering all questions been so helpful with the whole process. I highly recommend going and seeing her. Been here for about 6 months now the parking situation is terrible if you work in the evenings and get home late there will be no parking at all people park in the fire lane all the time like a regular parking spot. Now Ebony is going to parking enforcement but they will be booting your car if you're not updated on registration or if you don't have their parking permit instead of just citing the cars in the fire lane and checking to see who actually lives here and boot the cars that aren't on the lease as I'm sure some people are living with their significant other that are not even paying rent. They will have the maintenance guy fix up their office rather than fixing a leaking toilet in your apartment. Long story short parking is a nightmare office people aren't in the office at the time that office hours are posted they aren't doing anything right away about people parked in the fire lane or the excessive amount of cars in this small complex. People have cars that haven't moved for months and you're allowed to register 3 cars under 1 person when signing the lease. Was a nice gated area that was run nicely when sharissa was here she did her job and was professional now ebony and others are in the office while sharissa is on maturity leave hope we can get her back soon."
"I showed up on move in day, and there was no one in the office. I waited around for like 30 minutes and luckily there was someone who walked by and helped me get in touch with the maintenance man Rico. Rico was super cool and helpful, he did what he could to try to help me with the move in process. There were certain things he couldn’t do for me so I decided to come back at 1 when a leasing consultant would be there. I left and came back at 1 to find Serenity there. She was super kind, very helpful, and very apologetic about this morning. I was very annoyed and upset that I had to wait 3 hours for someone to even be there for my move in so I honestly just changed my mind about moving into there. Rico was understanding and he got me in contact with Ebony who is the regional manager. I let her know my experience has made me reconsider and I’ll be looking elsewhere. Apparently Sharissa is normally the person in the office, and I talked to her when I applied and she was awesome. However, since Sharissa is on maternity leave at the moment, Ebony (the regional manager) was supposed to help me with my move in today. But instead, she chose to give me no communication and let me show up sitting outside waiting to sign for my apartment. I paid to take an Uber there so I didn’t leave a U-Haul in their parking lot taking up space, I was trying to be considerate. Had Ebony simply called me to say “Hey, no one will be in the office until 1pm today so come by anytime between 1-5” I would have been very understanding and super chill about it. I missed the Super Bowl and drove here on Sunday because I wanted to be respectful of their time since my move in date was schedule for Monday. And they don’t even have the decency to show up or let me know no one will be there in the morning. Sharissa, I’m sorry that you lost a commission, you were amazing. Rico and Serenity thank you for being empathetic and doing what you could to help me. Ebony, communication matters and I’m honestly sad and disappointed about the experience I had today. I was excited to move in and was even planning to have Crumbl cookies delivered to the office as a thank you after I moved in. I hope I am able to get my $200 admin fee back considering how much time and money I wasted to be present for my move in, but if they decide to keep it then I guess it is what it is. My advice: Wait until Sharissa is back from maternity leave, she is amazing. But until she gets back don’t even bother because Ebony clearly doesn’t care and will leave you high and dry. Also, I found out from a resident that the parking there is a NIGHTMARE. Apparently permits are coming soon but there’s so many questions and everyone is so confused about how it is going to work. So beware about parking, I would ask a lot of questions. Hope this helps!"
"Worst parking lot and handling of the parking violations. My mother has been a resident for many years and it’s only getting worse. People just park wherever and actual residents can’t ever find a spot. They need to start doing parking stickers and monitor this for the residents it’s ridiculous. I don’t understand how there’s that many apartments but 10x the cars. Theres always cars literally just parked in the fire lane of the complex and hard to get around them."
"Love my unit, love the area, been a little frustrated with the new management company. I miss Ned and Sage Canyon dearly! Very grateful for Ray, the new maintenance person, who came after hours to fix my fire alarm. She was courteous and helpful, and I'm happy we finally have a reliable person in maintenance!"
