"Management is unprofessional and rude. They are constantly adding charges that they are unwilling to explain and not update a lease for. Sometimes packages are lost and not delivered for months. Management loves to send emails about not smoking in the pool area, parking in a single space and not letting your dog off a leash - all things you can readily witness Management doing on a daily basis. Hot tub has not worked for almost a year now and there was someone having intercourse in it last time it did. As a result of Managements lack of communication amongst themselves, we were given keys to an apartment that was unfinished and filled with garbage and told our fully paid move in date is being pushed back."
"Don’t rent here they only have one trash can they close the pool all the time they let you celebrate 4th of July they don’t help when you need try to give you fines for everything you do and it isn’t safe to live here"
"The place is really nice and well kept. The only problem is every time someone breaks a rule they lock up the pool. Feels like they should reimburse rent considering amenities are often taken away. It’s like a parent type discipline with management which is not conducive to families with kids who want to swim. Especially since we chose to live here mainly because of the pool."
"It's a wonderful community. What I enjoy the most is the amazing pool and gym. Don't forget the steam room it's a plus. It's a safe and friendly community."
