"Me and my pregnant wife moved in and were met with a lovely infestation of cockroaches. Which we were never informed about knowing we were going to be raising a family in there. Absolutely ridiculous, management is terrible its an absolutely disgusting place to live. Please please please avoid this place! P.S… I’m talking hundreds of cockroaches. We didn’t see them on our walk through because they would all hid in the day and come out at night. It wasn’t until the day after we moved in we saw them as we were unpacking. We had to repack everything bomb the unit and come back after my baby was born. My wife was due 2 days after move terrible experience!"

"I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SUFFER THE WAY I DID--DO NOT MOVE HERE. Honestly, I don't know where I should start. I debated in writing this review, but I do not want people to fall into the same trap I did. This is a HORRIBLE place to live. Every room is infested with cockroaches, even though they claim they don't have a bug problem. Logically, after seeing such infestations, you are going to use their bug service which does absolutely nothing and just costs you a ton of money. Now let's talk about cleanliness: like the city in general, this place is FILTHY; there are used needles on the floor and piles of garbage in the parking lot as the maintenance crew takes a ridiculous amount of time to remove them. Apart from this, the smell in the hallways is nauseating. On the website, they show a picture of a swimming pool, but honestly it is useless because it is closed 90% of the time due to the green color of the water. Next, the prices of these apartments are very expensive. The price I had to pay for a studio was almost criminal when the room is so small that it doesn't even seem humane to rent. Next, let's talk about the service: the women in the office are very rude and very obviously only care about their pay-checks. There is also a very shady vibe: on the site you can apply for a 6 month stay, but when you arrive to sign the lease you will be met with the shocking reality that it lasts for a whole year. Perhaps the worst of everything is the city itself: living here, you will be overwhelmed with a sensation of insecurity. There are drug-addicts and homeless people everywhere and it is very easy to tell you are living in a very uneducated place. There were many mornings where I left from my tiny room to see broken windows and stolen cars (not to mention the horrible towing system that they use to scam you of even more money). Living here was horrible to say the least, and it depresses me very much to know there are children growing up in such an inhospitable and cruel environment. I would not even wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN WELL-BEING, DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"Mid. Renting studio, I get a roach in my room about once a week. People smoking in their rooms across the hallway and the cigarette smoke finds its way into my room. Also there's a terrorist that runs around the parking lot booting people's cars. Ridiculous, had just moved to NM and got booted on the 1st week because my license plate wasn't up to date. Retarded at best. Only positive is it's usually pretty quiet."

"We've been here for a year and a half and I'm very disappointed to say that we started with rent at $1300 for a 3 bedroom and the rent went up! Now we're paying $1550! Since then we've been having problems with leaks, no hot water in both the kitchen and showers! The problem has not been taking care of all summer long!!!!! We have talked to the office several times to put in a maintenance request and to no avail! Why? You should care about your renters especially when you raise your rent and we are on a budget! I SENIORS ESPECIALLY! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!!!"
