"They do not fix anything in a timely manner, I have had a hole in my kitchen for 2 months and it is still not fixed. The apartment is roach infested, The bug man is very rude, doesn't spray anything but the kitchen. I have had to spend out of pocket to get rid of roaches. The apartment is not up to code which was supposed to be fixed. There are a lot of homeless people in the BBQ area, no security here. The people in the office can be very critical. I could go on and on about this property. They will not compensate for any inconvenience you go through."

"In 3 months that's the second window I see busted in the night by a homeless or some junkie , I think this place is one of the worst apartments to live , no protection to your home at all because all the windows are glass , your car is not protected against nothing, (my girl's car window was busted 3 months ago in the parking lot too) , so no security and if you get outside in the night you will always see someone walking around the buildings doing some creepy stuff, the office doesn't care about nothing. The maintenance doesn't know anything about plumbing. There is roots all over the bathroom pipes in every lower floors . All bad and I don't recommend living here , too expensive for nothing in return and I didn't say it all"

"Update: it may be the economy but rent went from 965 flat per month to 1.368 to 1,400 to 1,500 NOW. The website says paid utilities that IS NOT the case anymore we have paid 100 in just water.. Everything you read about Sun Plaza is being updated in this time, since there are new staff and projects. There's been new landscaping, painting, fencing, etc done in the complex. The buildings are older and needed lots of work water wouldn't stop oddly coming from the ground multiple times, I believe we also paid in full for the water flooding, but maintainence helped us resolve some of our issues so we can live comfortably. We still do pay too much for where we live based on the high price of rent and utilities in this time."

"I have a friend who has been living at this apartment complex for over 5 years they have harassed my friend non-stop, tried to kick My friend out thousands of times. my friend is disabled and section 8 pays for half of the rent and they pay it straight to the apartments. However my friend has gotten a three-day notice again because they claim that "We never got the money from section 8, or it was misplaced however that is not our problem that is yours to fix" it should be illegal for them to do that. they are money hungry and they do not care about maintaining the property they are lazy they do not want to do their work in the front office at all from doing leases to making sure money is put where it should be"
