"I do not recommend this complex to anyone! The maintenance is horrible and they charge you for things that should be handled by property maintenance. The complex constantly shuts off water to different buildings. The dog poop is never cleaned, and is everywhere on the property. Crime runs rampant in this complex and has no signs of slowing down. Management is only concerned with signing new tenants. Once your lease is signed they do not care about you! Don’t be fooled by the brand new paint on buildings, or the newly outfitted appliances. This complex is run down, and the management fails you at every step of the way."

"My girlfriend has lived in this complex more than 10 years and has seen her rent nearly doubled. That's merely a reality of the times; however, the level of service provided for that amount is severely lacking. The most recent ownership refused to replace the (cheap) carpeting to refurbish her apartment a bit, even when she offered to pay for it. It's easy to get the impression that current ownership prefers to force out longtime tenants so they can re-lease their apartments at even higher rates. Management also recently threatened tenants with balconies with a $400 charge if they didn't remove their patio furniture, et al on VERY short notice for resealing the pavement. However, the most egregious incident just happened this morning, when her car was towed for parking in an unoccupied/untaken covered parking space. True, she shouldn't have done that... but it was because a semi trailer is occupying six parking spaces in an already tight parking lot. Again, it seems like management really should ensure adequate parking spaces for all their tenants, and perhaps exceptions should be made for mitigating circumstances (or at least a warning provided first.) This seems like another indication of management's malicious indifference to their existing tenants."

"Moved in not even a week ago and already submitting a handful of work orders for basic things in the apartment that should be checked before a tenant moves in. Each unit needs better descriptions of amenities when applying for said unit, do research and triple check before renting. Front office associates are nice."

"This place aka formerly known as San Miguel de Bosque! Trying to rename their terrible reputation. This place had every insects and roaches, ants and scorpion in this apartment. I can’t begin to fully express how exhausted my time there was. I wasn’t going to make a review for this scamming apartment complex until they sent my account for ending my leasing contract early to collections. Never was late for rent. I ended my contract with them because I was mentally done with living there. I had a leak in my ac vent for over a month in the summertime having to place my garbage under it to collect rusty water. I had to go to the urgent care because I suffered from ant bites, I went through emotional and physical distress from this place. Marilyn Resendiz in management was aware took her sweet time trying to “fix” the issue that took months to fix. I sure hope apt 3929 is REMODELED! This place was disgusting. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I will find a lawyer with all my proof. Bc I refuse to allow this “debt collection “ you think I owe you slumlords. I have video proof, emails, I have an environmental complaint and my urgent care proof of visit. You tried the wrong person I will fight tooth and nail with this one."

"I've lived here for over three years now. Every Thursday morning, you will be awaken by the yard crew blowers around 7 am. They blow leaves and dirt all over your vehicle. I personally dont appreciate dirt being blow on my vehicle that I clean often. So, that yard crew is creating an unnecessary expense for me to keep my vehicle clean. Also, the water is constantly being shut off due to an "emergency." The rent is steadily going up as well."
