"Delta Apartments was a very interesting place to live for 9 months from Feb 2022 until Oct 2022. The owner was always gracious, kind and attempted to solve as many of the issues as possible and even let us out of our lease with no penalties! Having said that, Unit B, was super small and walls paper thin to the extent where all arguments could be heard word for word. Also all smells from neighbors smoking or cooking could be smelled. Not the most secure apartments as homeless would peek in our windows, causing us to get a security camera. Not to mention homeless sleeping and bathing in the back near the storage. The price is a bit overkill as I found slightly cheaper with a swimming pool, gym, balcony and much larger living space 5 min up the street. Finally, why is it that so many Property Management companies are so nice in the beginning and then the truth sets them free?! Deacon Management, unfortunately, could care less. Cold, detached and condescending interactions. Felt like a winter day grabbing a cold metal pole."
"I only signed a 6 month lease with Deacon property services, and I moved into a newly renovated unit in the Delta complex. The renovated units are very well done - beautiful! Any time I had questions about my in unit washer/ AC/ heat , the omega (heating and cooling team) were quick with a response or on site assistance (My in unit washer/dryer was brand new and some bolts just needed to be removed) . The location is great being by uptown, the mall, and a pretty safe area for a young person living on their own. The neighborhood was nice to walk my two dogs around. And everyone I encountered on the street was very friendly. I had a great experience living here.!"
