Nob Hill Apartments

"Lived here for 5 years the complex has been through 4 management companies. The Management company Prima LLC is pretty terrible the owner Jackie is incredibly rude. The hours and phone number on Google are to Jackie's personal cell phone in which if you call she will yell at you. Rachel the property manager isn't here half the time and is often usually off site at another complex maybe here 2 or 3 hours a day in the morning. If she is here and we need something and have to talk face to face Rachel gets short with you or talks down too you. I witnessed a mentally challenged resident get treated terrible by Jackie and Rachel. The other girl is only here for an hour. We had to resign the lease 3 times before the new year and once they just deleted it. They have bullied residents that have been here for 15 years into leaving. It's a common tactic used by slum lords. Speaking of the owner has inspected apartments with little notice and won't introduce himself as the owner kinda shady if you ask me. There is 0 security and rent keeps going up in apartments that are not up to code. The homeless problem is really bad several have set up living at night behind the dumpsters. Residents have been acosted by drug addicts. Residents Cars in the gated parking lots get broken into and windows smashed constantly. There are always children or dogs and cats in the road we have almost hit them in our vehicle several times. There is a huge problem with residents letting their dogs and cats roam around the complex pooping and peeing on door steps. The dogs pack up and snarl, nip and bark at anyone passing by to get their mail. There really isn't a formal way to make complaints. Residents are rude and loud constantly outside after quiet hours yelling. I see Residents all the time having to enforce rules by constantly telling people to leash their dogs, pick up poop, or lower their voices and go inside and they shouldn't be drinking alcohol in a common area."

"Rachel and Arturo have been nothing but wonderful in our move-in process. The community here is quiet and secure with gated access for residence. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this being our first home in New Mexico, it definitely adds to positive vibrant vibes we've been met with so far. I highly recommend this place to small families, and people looking for a nice place to live with easy access to most of the what the city has to offer."

"I have been a resident for over twenty years, and have dealt with several different management companies. After dealing with a previous rude property manager who could care less about tenant's issues, Rachel has been a breath of fresh air. She is excellent at keeping the residents updated with property issues via email and texts, and has great customer service skills. Rachel has been a delight to work with. Arturo is the most professional, knowledgeable maintenance technician that this complex has employed. He takes pride in his work, and has an excellent work ethic. Both Rachel and Arturo are exceptions to the poor customer service climate that exists these days, and I hope that they both remain at the complex for many years to come."

"Two months in and loving our peaceful, beautiful apartment. We appreciate the brand new appliances and flooring combined with the charm, design, and privacy of an older building. All our neighbors are awesome, but Rachel and Arturo are two of the most significant reasons living here is so nice. Both of them are very kind, responsive, and always professional. Really hoping they both stay with this property for a long time as it is easy and comfortable to work with them!"

"I have been moved in for about two and a half weeks now and it has been great!! The community is securely gated 24/7, surveillance throughout the property, and is in a very centralized location. Rachel is awesome and one best property managers I have dealt with in my years of renting. Leading up to the move I would ask Rachel several questions and she always made sure to respond and she still does. She goes above and beyond to help ensure you are comfortable. All the neighbors seem to be pretty relaxed and to themselves. Carports are well lit at night and multiple cameras attached to the carports. I hope that she will be around the duration of my lease and beyond!"
