"Definitely not a place I would recommend anyone live. Management was horrible and recently changed but did not notify any residents of the change. There are gates but they are left open or broken so really no use. Maintenance request are marked completed and never done. Also they dont fix anything before you move in. The “amenities” are never available for use. Kids constantly pulling fire alarms at night. And there are always car of people that dont live there parked overnight leaving tenants without parking. Homeless and drug users allways on property because none of the gates lock. Also they will take you to court to evict you with out giving you any paper work telling you that they are evicting you until the sheriff's come to remove you"

"They tried to give me a unit that smelled like 1000 cats lived in there. The application process was simple and ran smooth. Where the problem came was move in day!!!! I went to do the walk through and it smelled like cat pee. it was evident that that they try to mask the smell with paint and by "fogging the apartment" 3x. The smell was still there. The leasing agent could tell that I was not pleased with the smell. So, she contacted the manager. The manager proceeded to smell the unit and say "mmmm it smells like the deodorant we sprayed". IT DID NOT!!! I asked her if she thought it was healthy for someone with a 7 year old child to live in this condition and she responded yes!!!! I opened the closet where the water heater was and it looked like there was left over feces from the previous owners 1000 cats. When I showed the Manger the closet she said I wasn't supposed open that door!!! Her first solution to the problem was for me to move in my stuff so it could mask the smell. Why, would I move in my brand new furniture to a "home" that smells like pee????? Her next solution was for them to fog the apartment a 4th time. Finally, she told me I don't have to live there. So, guess what Im not! I have already moved out of my house and have everything in storage. Now, I have to restart the application process. She didn't offer me another unit or anything. But had no problem taking my $1500.00 to move in! I wish I would have taken pictures!!! BEWARE OF UNIT 1308!!!!!"

"At first it was beautiful. Then my upstairs neighbor shot a hole through their floor "my ceiling" in my son's bedroom and they did nothing. Instead I was forced to leave. So F this place."

"We moved in to these low in-come apartments during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We had a 6-month baby and only one job since the pandemic and it was all we could afford. Once we moved in to this 'gated' community we had our car broken into twice, due to the gate always being damaged and never fixed when it was fixed, they never gave us access to enter the community. They allowed a person to live on property even after multiple police calls from the residents that this person walked around pointing his gun at people and even in our baby's window, we had pictures of proof and still nothing was ever done. At renewal time we signed a new year lease, we had to reapply, at this point I had qualified for unemployment since the pandemic, the government gave out the assistance with unemployment, about 5-6 months into this lease, they decided we had made too much with the unemployment benefits I had received and made us leave. of course we did, no problem. then we get a bill they are charging us a cancellation of lease fee which made no sense as they were the one that cancelled. I do not recommend moving here especially if you have kids. Homeless live inside the gated community and you can see them shoot up."

"I have been living in this apartment complex for a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best places I have ever called home. Some reviews mentioned roach infestations, but I can assure you that those claims couldn't be further from the truth. The pest control here is top-notch, and I have not encountered any bugs whatsoever in my apartment. It's evident that the management takes proactive measures to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for all residents. Regarding security, I must disagree with any negative remarks. Throughout my year here, I have not experienced or witnessed any vandalism or theft related to cars or license plates. The management seems to take security seriously and has probably taken steps to ensure the safety of the residents and their property. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its superb location. The fact that it's within walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores is a real convenience. It's fantastic to have the option to live without a car if you choose to do so. Additionally, the ease of access to various amenities enhances the overall appeal of this place. The front desk staff deserves special praise. The ladies at the front desk are always warm, welcoming, and willing to assist with any inquiries or issues. Their positive attitudes have undoubtedly added to the overall pleasant living experience. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient. Any time I've had a maintenance request, they have responded promptly and resolved the issue with skill and professionalism. It's evident that the management values the satisfaction of its residents. The AC works flawlessly, providing a comfortable living environment regardless of the outside temperature. The well-maintained grounds contribute to the overall beauty of the complex, making it a delightful place to live. Last but not least, the presence of a functional pool and playground is an added bonus, particularly for families with children. It's a great way to unwind and enjoy the outdoors without having to leave the premises. I can't praise this apartment complex enough. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the exceptional pest control to the outstanding maintenance and friendly staff, this place has made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone in search of a comfortable and pleasant living space."
