"I lived here for a year. Loud area. They refused to do an inspection when I moved in. This area is dangerous. While living there people would break in or break glass doors. I never heard from Mehran lofts again after I left they ran off with my money. Also there isn’t an on-site manager. Expect your car to get messed with. Also they won’t give you parking unless you pay a certain amount."

"I just moved in about five days go to Mehran lofts. Daris was wonderful. She allowed me to take my time deciding on everything and allowed me to do several tours before I decided to apply. The application process was quick and painless. After finding out that I was approved, Daris and Luisa helped me to coordinate all details of my move in, and made it an easy process. The lofts themselves are cool! Spacious and you have a great view of downtown. Big windows let in beautiful light in the morning. Any issues that I’ve had have been attended to quickly and professionally. Also, they have a really cool game room with ping pong, pool, and foosball! The only con is parking, but I know that Daris is trying to fix that. I can’t thank this whole team enough for welcoming me with open arms. I know I’m going to love it here, I already do."

"Honest and fair review: the management company seems to be all over the place in regards to these studios. Price fluctuate frequently and from the reviews i find elsewhere people are staying away from Rhino realty for bad management. Considering i had a hard time getting ahold of someone for basic questions is beyond me and made me worry whether this would be the case if something went wrong. Heres a breakdown for anyone wondering its $100!!! Flat rate (increases based on sq ft) for electric for a small studio then $40 dollars for water trash. this doesn’t include the limited $60 parking and there is a wait list. Lets not also forget wifi and the cheapest i could find in the area was $30. These are rather expensive considering there are cheaper options nearby. But the studios are rather nice and its remarkably quiet."

"Eric is a terrific tour guide. He answered all of my questions and gave me lots of time in available units to decide whether certain ones work for my needs. I am not 100% sure yet whether I’ll end up living here, but I really felt comfortable with the management company and my interactions with Eric, which (as any renter knows) is half the battle. The lofts are spacious and extremely quiet, and everything feels well renovated."
