"By far, the absolute worst agent ever. Agent came into our house while we were meeting with buyer, never offered to introduce himself, was most disrespectful and downright rude to we, the owners. We had to ask who he was/is, he only gave first name, had to ask what was his role among the group of individuals there; he said he was the buyer's realtor. He never saw our house (for sale) before that visit and was beyond rude. R! Agent needs a crash course in Interpersonal skills, how to be polite and show respect - especially to seniors. I'm still fuming that that particular realtor got commission as selling realtor from us, especially when he did absolutely nothing to earn it. I hope I never cross that person's path... Bottom line! Think of the carpenter: measure twice cut once... where R1 is concerned, think twice before entering into a business relationship with this company."
"Did not disclose impending increase in HOA fees. Realtor lived in the development, was the listing agent, and knew of the septic system being end of life with a significant increase to the HOA fees pending. When I simply asked that future potential buyers were fully disclosed this information, both the owner and listing agent said they said they did nothing legally wrong. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would not support their agents or listings as they do not operate in the best interest of the buyer."
