"The move in process was quick and simple, they actually got me in sooner than expected which was super helpful. The office staff is extremely helpful and so sweet. Eleanor has gone above and beyond to make this place possible for me and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Update: spent a year here, decent enough, they do come in for random check ins a couple of times throughout the year, sprayed for bugs once during the time I lived there, I would make a mental note you have to change your own light bulbs or charged $12 for each bulb( they don’t tell you this)at the end of your lease regardless of how you clean it, if it is not professionally done and you have a receipt you will be charged, (they also don’t let you know this is an option) maintenance guy is super nice, pool is closed randomly so maybe call before bring your kids and all their stuff with you. Make sure you note every dent or missing lightbulb on your lease paper and keep records, just mark anything wrong stains on the floor from walkway traffic from previous tenants, everything. Since Elenor left the service from the front of the office is hit or miss, Kim is nice enough and Antoinette really helped me in a time of need. Use to receive regular email updates I didn’t personally have problems with bugs but my next door neighbor had mentioned she had a continuous issue. Trash is picked up regularly."

"Just moved in and so far everything is good. Joann in the office was very friendly and helpful! After move in I noticed the carpet had an unpleasant smell but I notified the office and they replaced it asap and Kim even called to make sure I was happy with the outcome. So far my experience here has been great!"

"Toilet fixed after 12days. Initially asked if it would take up to two weeks to repair because of backlogged maintenance tickets from the annual inspection that were recently conducted prior to the toilet being broken. Management stated it would not take that long, however it did. I called to check on the status of toilet being fixed, office personnel had no information/updates on the issue each time I called."

"I lived here once before and wanted to come back. I've been waiting on my apartment to be ready for move in but even just the move in process has been better than any place I've dealt with. Every single person in the office has been SO kind and extremely helpful. My apartment had to be pushed back by a couple weeks to be cleaned and the whole time they've been giving me updates and are getting me ready to move into a newly renovated place. Kim the manager and JoAnn have been so great."
