"Does anyone post 'public' comments without fear of many forms of retaliation, like crazy rent increases??? Mine just went up for third consecutive year, another $100, when does it end-- it's all greed! Rich get Richer... Great if you invest in a 'Stash' account. I've owned 2 homes in Abq & Rio Rancho over past 33 years and rented several apartments for myself and 2 sons. Been doing facilities maintenance for almost 4 decades, in US Military and as a civilian. OUR Housing shortage is another pandemic, but so are mold problems in Westpark windows and patio doors. Obsolete aluminum frames collect water every day during winter!! I've had my windows and patio door sills repainted/recaulked TWICE while living here. They don't use ANTIFUNGAL caulking or paint!!! This should be a clause in our Leases Mold Addendum. I spent 3+ years in Tacoma Washington with 300+ days of rain and snow and didn't see mold like this."

"I have lived her over 10 years. Maintenance is always fast with work orders. Management is there either in person or email with anything you need to get fixed or any problems you might have. They do community parties for holidays. My neighbors are great. We look out for each other. It’s a great place to live"

"This is about all I could give this apartment complex. The location is great and close to everything. And you get a free covered parking space per apartment. The rooms are pretty great sized and the bathrooms. The new maintenance guys do a decent job at fixing things and in a timely order. BUT when I moved into my apartment it WAS NOT up to standard as far as clean goes. My apartment flooded about 20 times in 3 years and was never actually fixed ( they went through a lot of staff).And their vinyl floors (even though they are pretty)that they have installed in there are garbage quality because your furniture will dent it just by sitting on the floor and moving to clean underneath. They WILL charge you to fix it after move out even though the quality and installation in the fist place isn’t even your fault. The dishwasher was disgusting upon move in but I just cleaned it as best as I could after . But they charged me a cleaning fee for it after move out even though it was like that to begin with. I feel like they give you substandard and expect pristine from you. I left that apartment waaaaay cleaner than most. Still not good enough for them. So for the money it’s a decent place to live but beware of all the fees they will charge you and the rules you must follow. But not get important stuff fixed (like your apartment FLOODING). One way sided but I guess that’s what you sign up for when you rent. Good riddance. ✌️"

"I LOVE our apartment. It's a great location! Our neighbors are friendly and it's located in a very convenient spot! However, management is RUDE. Every time I have an issue with either rent or something in the apartment. It's a hassle. Management does not treat you with kindness or respect. It's like they're constantly annoyed with you and have ZERO patience to even hear what you have to say. It took us a whole month to move into our apartment and Kristen was absolutely amazing. I loved her! But now I dread going into the office because of the way they have attitude. Something is wrong in our apartment where PNM is charging a ton for power (which we hardly use). The AC is never fixed no matter how many times we call. Thanks to the COVID19 times are hard and everyone should be there for each other. Sadly management doesn't care. I hope things turn around so I can get the hell out of here. No one likes being treated with disrespect."
