"I bought a new f150 in 2005 after getting back from Iraq, I got out of the army the same year, I had my truck for 10 yrs and my transmission gave out 140k. I wasn't mad at all because I really use my trucks as trucks. I took to united transmission and they rebuilt my transmission and reinstalled within 3 weeks. I sold the truck to my brother and it is now 2024 and she's still running strong with the same rebuilt transmission. Good job united!! I want to say the truck is pushing 300k +"

"We set an appointment. When we arrived as scheduled, we were greeted by a man yelling at us. We were told that the diagnostic would take about an hour. It was two hours later when it was completed. When we returned, we discovered damage had been done to our vehicle. In addition, the “transmission diagnostic” they performed was a standard code reader and “their best opinion”. They didn’t even so much as glance at my actual transmission. Their “best-guess” diagnosis was provably incorrect, and their proposed solution was to replace the entirety of my transmission instead of addressing the problem they diagnosed, which was wrong anyway. This place is, at best, a horrible shop. More likely, it’s a fraudulent business. Avoid at all costs."
"Good guys great service.Bought van in Wednesday afternoon. Told me with his work load that he would have me ready most likely Tuesday. He called me Friday to come pick my van up it was ready. I really appreciate it. If you ever need car repair come check them out."
