"My experience has been fantastic! Intake with a therapist went for 1 1/2 hours and was very thorough. I felt at ease the whole time and I really felt they cared. My session with the DNP nurse practitioner was also amazing. They took the time to listen and ask questions and both were very personable and not so clinical and stuffy. I will continue therapy for PTSD, anxiety, and depression with them."
"Front end was acceptable. Case management was good. After being passed off to another therapist I was pretty much told that "I just needed more sun" I have serious problems that don't just get wished away. Extremely rude..She pretty much gaslit me out of there cause she isn't equipped and doesn't have the experience needed to handle. I kept having to correct her with details (big ones like family members) everytime on anything we would talk about. Also no follow up or explanation to exercises/homework so I didn't see the point. I have never experienced this lvl of behavior in all my years of therapy, my main reason for going was never even addressed!"
