"Not feeling the love today. I let them know I’m visiting from Seattle and planned one of my few days in Albuquerque around the session they had available. I was sent a website to fill out the necessary paperwork. It didn’t work well on my phone and wanted me to download a third party app. I texted both the booking person and the practitioner. Both said I can come in early and fill the paperwork that should be 10 minutes. When I arrived after a 30 minute drive from my hotel I was asked to download the app and do paperwork on my phone after being told I didn’t have to over text from two of the people there including the practitioner. The practitioner took my cash then gave it back saying the administrative team won’t let me be treated with out downloading the app and paying online. They refused to provide paper “paperwork “ and sent me away. It’s unfortunate that you must have the proper technology to even be served there and the communication is even more unfortunate. I can’t speak to the service of practiciors because I didn’t get that far but if you were hoping for a small mom and pop with a caring small feel this is not the place. It’s a large enough to have paid administrator that cost both me and the practitioner today. Feels more like inconsideratness than love to me. You must have smart phone or be computer savvy to receive love that heals or you are out of luck. So disappointing as I specifically flew to the area with significant injuries and I was told NM is known for the great healers but my experience was not good at all. I don’t think I have ever written a negative review ever but I feel like I needed to voice my experience so others understand the business structure of Love is healing. Definitely not like a Riki tent at a festival with a great healer inside happy for the energy exchange of your money for their services with love and hope of healing. Was very impersonal, corporate driven, poorly communicated and not compassionate ."

"I participated in a reiki session with Mar as part of a training she was doing. It was my first time receiving reiki, and I was not sure what to expect, but it ended up being a surprisingly healing experience for me, especially the way that Mar used aspects of guided visual meditation. My only suggestion or wish for what could have been different would have been dimming the overhead light, as that was hard on my eyes, even with then closed. But very appreciative of my time with Mar, and I would try reiki here again!"
