"After doing some research and comparing all of the local manufactured builders, I was so impressed with the quality and appearance of this company's homes and I felt like they were the absolute obvious choice to buy from! Not only are their homes absolutely beautiful (I couldn't decide on my favorite and finally discovered the Pecan Valley 3, which is absolutely gorgeous!), but Jesus Ramirez and Kimberly Herrera were both so knowledgeable and so helpful and made the entire process so easy and fun! This was my first time buying a home and they helped me every step of the way, and Jesus filled me in on everything I need to do in regards to land preparation and gave me very specific details on how to move forward.
