"Worst payroll company I have ever dealt with. Things weren't done right and it cost me alot. They are very unorganized and when you try to contact your payroll specialist they never answer."

"I worked for this company sadly. Once they found out I was gay they kept finding every little thing they can to get me fired. I went to the manger and told them I was being picked on for being gay by other employees they just laughed it off and said your be fine. Employees will call in 3 to 4 times a week with nothing being done because the mangers have favorites. Worse company I ever worked for. If you are looking for get hired here run. If your looking for a payroll company do it your self they over charge you. Beware."

"Avoid Paychex at all cost. I have been trying to get my ERC Amendments for months and all they do is push me around from email to email telling me to contact someone different. I’ve had to re-explain myself more times than I can count. No one has an answer & if you tell me to email the issue that’s the exact reason why I won’t do business with you and no one else should. Someone just pick up the phone and answer some questions. Your communication process is awful."

"They we’re happy to take on my business. Several years ago and met with me in person. Now, when I have an issue, they don’t allow anyone in their office. They hide behind the mirrored glass doors and I was told by a representative Brandon B. A young kid that was afraid to let me see his ID badge at the Albuquerque Office that there is no supervisor in the entire building that I can speak to. He jumped back in and locked the door. Basically, ran away because he did not want to be of help nor blamed for anything. Horrible, I’m looking for a company that I can move my business to. I had two paychex specialist that did try to resolve this. But I’m very unhappy with the service at the Albuquerque Physical office."

"Undoubtedly, this is the most disappointing payroll processing company I have ever encountered. Having experienced several companies, this one is undoubtedly at the bottom of my list. The customer support is discourteous and unprofessional. The assigned specialist is prone to making errors that can cost you thousands of dollars, without ever taking responsibility for their mistakes. Moreover, it is important to be cautious, as they often fail to document any issues you have with them when the problem is their fault. This allows them to evade their supervisors' attention and place the blame on you for user errors. They have been known to process payroll twice for the same pay period and then try to withdraw the funds. If the employee does not have sufficient funds in their account, they will withdraw the money from the employer's account without consent or documentation. In less than eight months, they have caused over $7000 in losses for us. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them, as they have been unresponsive to demand letters."
