"Dr. Pucka has been my doctor and my daughter's for a while now. She and her staff always go above and beyond to help us. I recently had a surgery and she advised me very well. I was nervous and she called to answer all of my questions, and was very patient. She gave me all the information I needed, and explained all of the pros and cons and helped me make my own decision I was comfortable with. My job is such that I am hard to reach on the phone. She called me repeatedly until she got a hold of me. Never in my life have I had a doctor do that!! Her staff is friendly and so helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them!
