They are experts at blowing you off, and will not let you speak to anyone who may be able to actually help."

"I am posting a review on my negative experience. I have been with State Farm for about 8 years and in that time no accidents nothing. My wife submitted a claim and I had a terrible experience from the collision location to setting up my car rental. State farm was supposed to set that up and I had to walk from the collision repair shop to the rental car location 4 miles away. Then I arrived to the rental and no reservation. I had to walk all way back to collision center. The collision center also said it was in same building but still no reservation. I called state farm and they were very rude and not helpful. Overall experience was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and very unorganized."
